Do you know of a friend or colleague who is ready to explore new job opportunities?
Simply ask them what they are looking for. Let them know that Adaptive Alliance Group LLC can assist them at no charge.
Items that help find the appropriate opportunity.
- Locations they would consider.
- Desired or minimum compensation (Salary, Benefits, Vacation, etc.).
- Send their resume or ask the candidate to do so, and mention who referred them to william.vancil@adaptivealliancegroup.com
Once we have identified the opportunity and have reviewed it with your Referral, we will present the candidate to Employer via the BountyJobs Network.
When the candidate is hired, a Placement Fee is paid to AAG (Adaptive Alliance Group LLC). Upon receipt of the Placement Fee, we will send you Referral Award up to $9,000.
Note: Referral Awards are based on Offered Annualized Salary.
Example: A Job pays from $100,000 to $125,000 = Referral Award $4,000 to $5,000
